In Your Bush

This is a dull thread. If you bore easily, you have been warned.

Unless they contain chips, I find sandwiches a really dull thing to eat. However, considering the nation churns so many over, I must be in a minority.

If you chose your fave, what would it be?

Nobody say bloody Brie and grape or other nonsense because I'll know you're telling porkies

Homemade guacamole, crispy bacon and rocket.

Baby spinach dressed in a Ricotta dressing, and crispy bacon.

Bacon and avocardo.

Hot bacon, avocardo and brie.

To name a few.

In short, anything with bacon please!

Plus any of my own homemade fillings: chicken mayo, egg mayo, tuna mayo, chopped ham with chopped gherkins and mustard, corn beef with mayo and chilli, Coronation chicken, cream cheese and smoked salmon etc., with rocket or spinach or watercress or all 3 together.

Bread is usually white, although I can put up with 50/50. If the loaf is fresh, I don't toast the bread, otherwise I would toast them.

Yes to butter all the time.

I love making sandwiches!

While certainly not up to our usual high culinary standards...

...Steak and onion puff pastry pie (like Pukka pies etc), with ketchup, in white bread. Chicken kiev sandwiches are awesome too.

"This is a dull thread. If you bore easily, you have been warned.

Unless they contain chips, I find sandwiches a really dull thing to eat. However, considering the nation churns so many over, I must be in a minority.

If you chose your fave, what would it be?

Nobody say bloody Brie and grape or other nonsense because I'll know you're telling porkies "

favourite would be either a BLT or a salmon and cream cheese sandwich
