fitness freaks HELP

ok heres the story after a life time of hard work mainly roofing building an engineering I find myself on new ground. iv always been very fit an active but for well over a yr now after a resenably serious accident iv not been up to much but now iv got myself sorted an although iv had sergery last wk I feel better than I have in yrs wup wup. now heres where I need help I seem to have lost the biggest part of me iv lost so much weight along with muscle I don't reconise myself an I hate it

so guys girls where do I start as im not staying like this an before any 1 says go to the gym id be to embarrassed to start there plaes help

I would recommend Yoga. So many people underestimate how strong yoga makes you and it can all be done from the comfort of your own front room.

Not knowing the surgery you had recently, I d be checking with the surgeons doctors nurses etc that you re ready to start exercising, if they give you a clean bill of health,

The old standbys of pressups, situps squats, all easily done within the confines of your own bedroom, will be a starting point ,

its just the last stage had my nose put back how it should be 2 wks iv been told will be fine so long as I start slow

get yourself a mountain bike put your hood up and away you go great cardio and you will feel hungry when finishing a ride plenty of protein and you will see a big diffeence in a matter of weeks

good 1 cheers. iv no idea about protain an carbs to me are a old fashioned way you fuel your car not body I did say its something iv never had to worry about I was just natrolly big boohoooo

seen as your an ex builder like me lol

now as you,ve not explained the operation that youve had done

sit ups and yoga are fine but been a builder its hard to stay still at best of times

garden digging or an alotment can slowly rebuild most of what you had back up again doing it at your own pace is best also has that building enviroment of nagging and nattering that we all do with others oh and the ladies are just as bad as well
