So you are a police officer ... in your private life you enjoy swinging ( part of a couple or single , male or female )
One evening your on patrol when you come across a couple having a quicky in an alley, as you approach to do your official duty you suddenly recognise the couple as someone you have played with and know from a club you frequent.....
You are with another officer that does not know your history or background and is one for enforcing the law.
So do you .....
A. Pull your colleague to one side explain the situation and ask for leniency ?
B. Ignore the fact you know them and continue with your duties
C. Make light of the whole situation and send the couple on their way with a warning hoping your colleague wont question your methods later ?
Make your choice ..... NOW lol |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
A quickie in an alley - I'd give them a gentle warning and move them on. I'm sure my colleague will appreciate not having to do the paperwork on an arrest and duty done as stopped them being lewd in public. |

"As stated though your partner is a stickler for enforcing the law .... "
But it would take both of you to make the decision and he would unlikely go against your decision just have a bitch about it after |

Ahh but the question would be raised about why your so sure about just moving them on ??
And remember the 3 of you are in a tricky situation that where if your partner recognises any sign of knowing each otehr again questions get raised ?? |

option D
your colleague is also a swinger and has also played with said couple in the alley way, the couple acknowledge you both and ask if your interested, then all four of you join in and live happily ever after |

"No arrestable act has been performed unless someone complains.
The officer is not duty bound to arrest them.
Moving them on in a friendly manner is the best thing to do.

The law states that you can be naked in public with no arrests or charge providing you do not act in a lewd or provocative manner... And no one complains...
Option C is the best option I believe |

they are not breaking the law unless someone complains, so it has to be c. |
