Thanks guys. Ben, we've been to that one in Topsham before. It's bloody lovely. We are seafood fans so it's our kinda place. Langoustine we delicious with lemon butter.

actually, if you don't mind taking a drive, the minadab restaurant in teignmouth has long been a good place.
there are a bunch of average places, pubs with carveries and so on, and there are a couple of pukka chippies, same day catch, fried in dripping etc
exeter has a couple of smaller places that do genuinely good food, thai etc
going the other way there are one or two in sidmouth
if you end up on a day out to plymouth, the devon diner in the pannier market is first class honest grub cooked while you wait for bugger all money |

My fav restaurant in Teignmouth is an Indian called the Naz. Superb food |
