As rugby said on an earlier post..
It is so nice when so many people contribute so many positives and supposrtive advice, words of kindness etc etc.
another example was a new guy asking for advice on his profile the other day, took all the advice in the spirit it was meant... and wow... hours later a new fabby dabby do profile and pics.......
I am off to nominate you all for a 'pride in britain swingers award'..... |

I hear what you are saying View and Rugby.
So many lovely people here are willing to give of their advice when asked and time if they can spare it, they are there through the long sleepless nights with support and company, they organise socials that have people meeting. And most of all the humour shines through in so many ways to give us a chuckle each day.
It's not just in the forums that this support is found. I had someone come help me with my gardening when my mower broke down ( ty madcoo ) and have heard of many many kindnesses brought about through the FAB members community spirit.
I'd like to say thank you to everyone.

i concur totally ...got good advice for my blisters a few days ago and one response had me in tears laughing ...and a few months ago some af u lot were virtually holding my hand thru the worst storm ive ever experienced . thx to my fab friends |

was rather sentimental for me... i better go check the carbon monoxide alarms... lol jokin in all honesty iv seen on here how people help and rally round when things are tough for someone or if someone needs advice and long may it continue!! xxx |

As with any community, we have our ups and downs, but as was shown last year with Kitty, when one member calls for help, it didn't take long for the cavalry to arrive 
The majority of peeps on here have proved how genuine they are with words and actions, no verifications needed.

we have only recently been contributing to the debates here, but we can definately recognise the OP's point. It is so nice when people pull together to offer advice and support and it gives us a "warm" feeling to be able to offer our tuppence worth, lol. We like to think that we are a fairly level headed couple, but looking back over some of the comments I've made, we may have to re evaluate that quip !  |

Thats why I love this place so much,you can get advice on anything and if need be people will all pull together for one person
Socials are arranged so that we can all get together,Also raising money for fabulous causes while we all have fun
I had so many pms offering to help when my laptop died I could'nt believe it,and one lovely man fixed it and bought it back to life for me,I really did'nt want to have to take it to a shop
So thank you lovely people xxxxxx

World would be a better place
Yes there are spats
Yes there are people that wont agree till the end of time
But with one thing in common the small wars there are sometimes in here,
are nothing compared to the people out there that don't communicate or share a common bond

but a wee favour please..
if you are to have spats/fights/hissyfits... would you mind having them whilst 'family fortunes' is on, canna stand that fecking programme..

lol!!! its how u deal with them after that proves if u are adult to handle them !!
me and _ickmeallover had a wee verbal spat but now we chat on the forums again and we cool with each other!!!
there are def some who just come in to start controvesy or shit stir but if it makes them feel special who are we to judge!! xxx |
