Does anyone else get bad hay fever when it's not supposed to be so intense?
I woke up this morning, every streaming and itching and nose a bit bunged up.
I've popped the pills but they make me drowsy - it's not meant to be bad today yet I'm screwed... |

Take the tablets at bedtime, its the build up of anti hystamine that counts
Shower in the morning and before bed, gets the dust and pollen off you. Make sure you wash your hair every night.
A little smear of vaseline in your nose helps
As does wearking sunglasses when ever outside
I use nasal spray and eye drops.
There is a course of very strong tablets the docs can give you. But you have to beg for these.
Dont dry your bedding outside, it collects pollen
I have heard the local honey works. Apparently it works really well with walnuts as well as honey.
I have suffered for years, but for some reason the last 2 years I have been OK.
