I've never asked or expected anyone to take one for the team or just for my pleasure.
I even say on my profile that everything must be mutual and it's as much about them exploring their desires as it is about me and mine.

If the giver isn't really into it you can always tell, and it makes it less enjoyable, plus I would never force anyone to do what they didn't want. My last meet wouldn't let me use my fingers , one of my favourite things to do. But we always had an amazing night. |

If they didn't like doing it I doubt I would enjoy it. Mostly I would have a feeling of guilt. It's like forcing someone to do something they don't want to, if that makes sense. Even if it's their choice to try and please you. |

If they were indifferent or ambivalent to doing something that gave pleasure I’d be grateful. However if I discovered they were doing something they really didn’t like doing…. I’d want them to stop.
