At the top of the list is my most recent - I've signed up for an off road hilly half marathon, I've got three months to go from zero to getting round without having a cardiac arrest. I hate running and I've done no significant exercise in over a decade 🙄 |

I have started , day on day off zone 2/3 20mins. Building to 40 next week and so on. April I'll start zone3/4 having got a base endurance |
