Have you been to bed yet?? I havent lol by the time I was tired enough to sleep a mate decided to phone me and tell me he was in the local police station!!!   so now Im waiting to see if he will turn up and want me to listen to all his worries

Morning everyone and a happy new year to you all. I've only been up 30 minutes or so, but Katee was up at 4am watching her 'How to lose weight' dvd's before going off to work. Now there's dedication for you!!!! |

Morning peeps!
Had my best night sleep so far in 2 weeks I think!
What a difference a hat makes, now I can appreciate why cocoon type sleeping bags exist!
They are not for me though, hence I wore a hat last night, and it was bliss!  |

people just dont beleave how much heat you loose from your head aprox 25%

defo......... thats why I wear hats all the time now.. being a baldie git.. keeps me cosy, even in the house.
and honest am not a tight git with the heating turned off.......  |

I think I may just go for a walk today once I get dressed. Been bumming around the house cleaning as want te rest of the weekend chilling as I actually am feeling better today - never thought that day would come |
