I’m doing okay. Everything in life seems to be going well at the moment, but I know how easily and suddenly things can change, so I’m taking real care to look after my health, my mind, my friendships and my finances.
I was walking through the city centre the other day and noticed one of those posters for is it Andy? A man’s mental health group thing, has anybody tried using things like this? |

I am winning right now. Lots of things are good. Everything seems great when you have things to look forward to so I try to make sure I have plenty going on.
They are big on this stuff at work so I've scheduled a coffee break with my work team later for a group catch up. |

Honestly, pretty good, like certain areas of my life still need work, which is never ending, however, I’ve been in worse spots in my life and things look to be moving in the right way.

Pretty good all told. Around valentines is always a bit rough because I'm single but I'm doing something with my best friend who just got dumped after 9 months and we're going to a heavy metal club on the Saturday so that'll be good  |

I've been messaging a local lady, I've never met her but she's been extremely depressed & suicidal over the last two days - I feel so sorry for her but have tried to get her to see a GP, SOS, Samaritans etc but she keeps saying they can't help her. It's very sad & makes me feel awful  |

I'm trying Onya, I messaged her earlier & suggested getting out for a nice walk as it's such a lovely day - it's been read but no reply though. Her dad passed away recently & it sounds like her mum is her only family & she sounds like she's not very sympathetic |
