I absolutely love a daytime nap. I think I’m just designed for two sleeps a day. I tend to get up around 4:30/5am though. I’ve had a busy morning sat on the bed now just had a really nice lunch and I can feel my eyelids going. I’ll be back about 5 pm….. |

I'm a sleepy woman, I love sleep and my naps are usually the best sleeps because I tend to sleep better during the day 😴 if I'm nowhere to be found, I'll be in bed sleeping! Although, anything less than 2 hours is criminal 😂 |

Sleeping is one of my hobbies. I love it and I can fall asleep anywhere at any time and wake to full alertness.
I learned it as a skill while I was in a travelling circus working along the Burmese border with Thailand. |

I only really do it when I have an early start to deal with the bins at work before the wagon arrives. Sometimes on the sofa after lunch on Sunday. Otherwise I can end up feeling more tired than when I started. |

Like nothing better than getting finished work early enough to be able to nap on the cooch while tipping point/deal or no deal is on, i find it highly annoying if I get held up at work and miss having a nap haha |

As I get older I seem to be moving into a need for biphasal sleep, I wake up about 3 , can’t get off again so easily so have a cuppa, read a book , second lot of sleep is more satisfying, but also now I’m semi retired I like a quick nap in the afternoon, any ladies fancy an afternoon nap and some fun let’s try it lol |

Luckily, I don’t work for anyone but myself anymore!
But I did used to nap at client sites before work from home was a thing. A couple of companies even encouraged it, on the continent and in Latin America is very normal. |
