I’m sure it matters to those who have taken the time to add it to a list of requirements on their profile.
If you don’t fit someone’s requirements for whatever reason, just move on. In the same vein I wouldn’t message someone who listed that they only meet ladies size 10 or under, I’d just scroll on.

But that wouldn't always mean 'big' matters right, which is always the go to thought?
If someone is looking for a, lets say, smaller guy, then size matters, she wants it smaller.
If someone is looking for someone big or at least bigger, and thicker, one where you look at a photo and say christ alive in your head, then size matters, she wants it bigger.
So size does matter, along with a lot of other things that matter.

Just to summarise it then for everyone on this thread and myriad other threads who pose the question, it does to some but not to others and to a varying degree. Oh and apparreny different ones may be needed for different purposes.
