When were you last out of yours? We both had a crack at the karaoke tonight and it's fair to say that my first effort was pants and he was absolutely bricking it. But he did it! And no one's ears evidently bled after mine. We put that down as a success

What about you and your comfort zone?

For me, getting out of my comfort zone is simply having to leave the house, so it rarely happens. But I'm determined to break the habit/cycle, so I'll keep on trying.

How come you tried lactose free? Was it on the selling off trolley or are you getting tummy aches?

we had shop bought trifle for after dinner tonight.

I usually prefer to make them, but took a risk and it was nice.

My partner believed I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

And I thought it may potentially save me a trip to the shop sometime, in the future, if I was out of milk for my tea;; should it prove to be true.

Regrettably, it didn't.

Tbf, singing in front of random people is pretty far removed from Mr KC's comfort zone. I was impressed!

Wishing you all the best with your degree 😁 I completed mine (with Open Uni) this summer. It is so satisfying at the end of it all.

Well done to him! It’s very hard to overcome that fear. Deffo not something I would be brave enough to do.

Does he feel good afterwards for doing it?

i get to leave my comfort zone every morning when i leave the house, i have created a world around me which allows me to function now in all sorts of different circumstances and seem fairly "normal" but the downside is that it is exhausting

Great choices!!

Karaoke is definitely way-way outside my comfort zone, but I did step outside it at the works Christmas do last week, admittedly heavily alcohol fuelled and belted out (predictably, for a Welshman in Manchester) Tom Jones 'Delilah'

Maybe walking 3 miles home early on Sunday morning fully trannied up.. well except for swapping my girlie boots for my Para boots.. I'm not so sure about it being too out of my comfort zone it was bloody freezing though .. fishnets and mini skirts ain't good when there's a cold wind blowing..🥶

Neither of us had consumed alcohol

I missed the opportunity to belt out a Welsh anthem, as a Welshwoman on tour!

I think you feed them biscuits and pour tea down their throats. I think. I might be wrong. Maybe put the biscuits in a special bowl or something.
