3 slices please, thick white bread, each with extremely strong cheddar that is burnt in small areas.
Sliced tomatoes on 2 of them.
1 with Heinz ketchup, but no tomatoes.
1 with HP brown.
1 with L & P.

To be able to call a cheese Stilton it has to be made with pasteurised milk. That’s part of the PDO
Any unpasteurised cheeses can pass on campylobacter but the vast majority of infections come from uncooked poultry and certainly not from cheese on toast . No need to scaremonger |
