I can only just tolerate Millicano. I bought an Espresso machine a year ago and never looked back.

The instant stuff is just awful. So, yeah I'm a bit of a coffee snob.

I love it black but can't have it white.

Also if I make instant the milk has to go in first and the water be odd boil otherwise it burns. I hate McDonald's coffee

If I HAVE to drink instant rather than kamikaze strength cafetiere, then its the Kenco Millicano stuff.

Ah.. It's a trick question.. Coffee is all very well, but we all know the superior drink is lapsang souchong tea, splash of moloko and a sugar or sweetener...

Has to be fresh, hot and very strong. I don't like instant but Millicano is quite nice I think and I drink it at work if I fancy coffee and at home if I'm in a hurry.

Why specialise and be self limiting?

I like it all - in it's place.

Nescafe during most days ( speed and economy )

Brewed fresh at home when I feel like it.

I have suffered the vile varnish that passes for coffee in all the well known Clone Coffee Cafes when there's sod all else.

Don't like other instants except Alta Rica, and I like it very strong, creamy and sweet for the only cup I have in the morning.

Any dairy product in tea or coffee is disgusting and tantamount to ruination.

Cream may float on French Coffee.....that's all.

Nothing to do with snobbery, I much prefer gold blend, thought millicano, though it was decaf, rather bland and dull, sadly lacking in flavour

Don't like Millicano. Tastes powdery I think, doesn't seem to dissolve properly.

I drink Costa at work. But that's because we sell it, and it's free. Only like it if I put in 2 or 3 shots of espresso. Too weak otherwise.

When I'm at home I prefer to make it from the espresso machine or cafetiere, very strong with a little bit of milk. Except my first cup of the day which is really sweet.

Agreed. Often, if you get the first few cups when they open, all you can taste is the cleaner they use to clean the machines with.

It was after one incident where I got 'Coffee + Cleaner' that I vowed the only thing I would ever go into McDonalds for in the future was to take a piss!

Chai is good , more of a seasonal thing I reckon, like eggnog latte is. Chamomile, peppermint are all on the north list, and will be purged from the earth when I become king. Hehe!

no you cant get rid of chamomile, that's the one that keeps me sane.

I will have to start a petition to overrule you and ill become the tea queen.

Always disliked the smell and taste of Nescafe so that's a no-no and I'll ask if offered what the coffee is before opting for tea.

We mainly drink fresh coffee, sometimes grind the beans ourselves and by that we rarely have instant because it's hard to go back to mediocrity.

Instant really has to be Carte' Noire, don't like a lot of the other popular brands.

Whilst I appreciate a nice decent columbian now and then - some days as long as there's a hefty whack of caffeine I couldn't give a toss whether it's vending machine, jar or freshly ground!

I love a hazelnut latte. I also buy Douwe Egberts Hazlenut flavoured coffee, quite nice.

Recently bought Havana Rum flavoured coffee, I use this with a milky coffee at night with a shot of Grenadan Dark Rum. Very tasty & I sleep like a baby!

It is, very. Sadly I only have enough left for two mugs. Will have to ask my parents to send me another, got it in Cornwall at Easter.
