Whether you agree or not or like it or not.

Slim, ripped, gym bod, dad bod, beer belly, fat bod and Obese bod...

Id say are the main body type of course there are loads more...

Just because you go to the gym dosnt automatically mean you have a gym bod lol..

Just because your slim does not mean you are ripped.. way to many deluded people on here.

People need to learn to be ok with what they got and be ok that you are not to everyones taste no matter where you are on the scale..

Too many men turn into idiots when rejected. Just be ok with what you are and if somethone likes you awseome if not just move on politely..

You can believe your something your not or identifie as something your not, but expect others to play your delusional game! They will see you how they believe what they believe with their own eyes not yours.

If your truly not happy with physic do something about, hit the gym or learn to be ok with it someone will love you for who you are.

Life to short to stress about what someone else thinks about you.. just come here and have fun!

I have a “don’t give a fuck bod”, sometimes I eat like a pig, sometimes I go to the gym, sometimes I slob on the couch, sometimes I eat healthy.

I’m all the happier for it.
