I am taking at least two hours before a meet to make sure everything is smooth, smelling good, hair washed, make up, choosing an outfit. I sometimes wonder if it’s worth it. |

My routine becomes my ritualistic experience, whether I'm meeting for a coffee, a tryst, dinner date or a sensual dalliance.
It's all about the ablutions and the pampering: the metrosexual skincare products are a treat for my skin, the shower has power, my attire, my cologne and my attitude are in perfect symphony.

OP I think most men don’t really mind what you are wearing - the outfit isn’t really for us, it is for you. We know you like to look nice and if it makes you feel good then that works for us. We just want you to be happy. |

An hour max. Shit, shave, shower, existential crisis, flirty text, lay some rose petals on the bed, place the condoms and spermicidal lube under the pillow for luck, slap myself in the face 15 times, recite the drill sergeant's speech from Full Metal Jacket in the mirror, eat a live cricket to connect with nature and finally get dressed. Standard pregame. |

Straddle the toilet and flush so I can wash off the worst of the diseases, trim the two fingernails I’ll be using, eat some toothpaste, change from A-Team pants to Thundercats pants, open a window.
I’d say ten minutes is plenty. |

I spend an hour getting bathed/showered, dressed, hair, feeling good, music nails, jewellery... But I'll spend another hour or two leading up to it thinking about what to wear, enjoying the anticipation, etc.
I love getting ready for a meet I'm genuinely looking forward to. My level of enthusiasm for getting ready is a really good gauge of feeling ... If I'm not feeling it I'll cancel. |

While I can’t guarantee it’s worth it for your meets. I probably spend about the same time in all fairness. Shaving, clipping, showering, re-showering, outfit choices, re-shaving, re doing hair and deodorant, working out and doing my utmost to look as polished as I can knowing how much effort woman but Into meeting. I space it out though to help but for me a fair bit of effort x |

Well truth be told it’s sometime a lot more hours as it’s on top of that work out leading up to a meet as I tend to double everything and if honest it hurts. It hurts in every fibre of my body before even staring to get ready with shaving, showering, clipping, smelling nice and finding clothing I look nice in. I work out 6 days a week with work already so those weeks absolutely kill me at 41 to be honest but I do it cos I want to be the best I can be, which ain’t much, not really appreciated and at times I’m so damn tired I’d rather just be in bed but know it means something to them, I do it. Think we all get that way sometimes though so completely understand where your coming from x |

Eugh. I often shower TWICE before a meet… once to wash properly and wash my hair, then often again another quick rinse off and freshen my lower body areas after I have dried my hair and before I dress! Maybe I am paranoid or obsessive! |

I would shave the night before a meet and it takes an age, make one bad move with a razor down there and I won’t be meeting anyone again. So between the night before prep and the day, it takes at least an hour and a half to two hours |

I learned the hard way… never shave your genitals in a hurry.
I have standards, beyond being scrupulously clean, it’s stubble trimmed, nose and eyebrows checked for mutant hair growth, nails cut, I’ll get a haircut if it’s needed. Moisturise, cologne, clothes, floss…
And yes, it’s worth it… |

Not that long... not shaving everything helps cut down the time i expect! A thorough shower including hair wash, a trim and general tidy up, probably 20 mins. Brush teeth. Grab my club bag (it's always packed!) and go. I typically only wear my birthday suit at clubs anyway so no outfit selection required. (I'm also likely to have about 5 showers when I'm there anyway because of sauna, jacuzzi, and after playing etc.)
