Try lying on the floor feet flat on floor and lift your bottom off the ground |

Do you have a gym membership? If so, the Leg Extension is a great machine to develop the quad muscles (front part of the thigh), otherwise you could try running, but invest in a good pair of running shoes and stick to the grass, this will help protect your joints and shins. |

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire) |
box step, lunges, calf raises, lie on your back and cycle your legs like you are on a bike, leg extensions (lie on your back knees at 90 degrees, and straighten each leg in turn, hold for a slow count of 5, and return, the closer to the floor the more you will work your abs as well) |

if you work you may be entitled to join in the governments cycle to work scheme. They will give you a voucher to buy a new bike up to the value of £1000. You can then pay it back monthly out of your wages pre tax. You will see a massive improvement in your bum and thighs. Good luck with it |

I think you'll find that most muscle definition in around the stomach is achieved through dieting rather than exercise. Everyone has abs, its getting lean enough to show them that's the hard part! |
