Do you all drink lots of water. It was the only thing i wasnt doing and i started drinking 2/3 pints a day.still not easy as forget to drink . Do not drink alot of hot drinks tea coffee. |

I try to do 3ltrs a day but it's usually nearer 2 to be honest. (And then 750ml of red wine) |

I drink loads of water and a couple of cups of coffee a day. Usually have a lot more water on a days I’ve exercised. I don’t really measure it. The best way to gauge if you need more is on colour of urine. |

This fucking fad for constant hydration is ridiculous (‘yOu MuSt dRiNk 8 LitReS A dAY tO Be hEalthy ’ is such bullshit) as someone who is into outdoors and in situations where water must be carried / preserved, people thinking they can’t go without drinking 3 litres of water because they were lifting weights in a gym for an hour grinds my fucking gears.
If your piss is clear you are unnecessarily drinking too much water! |

Used to but developed bad habits last few years and drink a lot of Pepsi max only really drink water when training. Still get lots fluids in though average day is 2-4 litres pepsi max 4 pints of milk multiple cups of tea and 1-1.5 litres of water too if it’s a gym night |

I should drink more. I probably only drink about 1-2 litres a day. I usually have one cup of tea in the morning and will then have flavoured water or sugar free squash throughout the day. I also like Pepsi Max. I don’t like plain water or coffee. |

I'm not keen on the taste of water, be it tap, bottled, spring, carbonated, non-carbonated, or whatever. I just don't like the taste.

If I'm going to put something in my mouth (I know I will rue that turn of phrase here on Fab), it's got to be significant and taste sublime.
.
To make water palatable, I like to infuse it with a concoction of roasted coffee beans which have been ground, pressed and then percolated through with hot water.

This makes water quite amazing to my delicate palate. |

I use to drink loads of orange cordial or ribena, but am actually just going through a water phase… about 3-4 litres a day
My doc is a plan speaking chap… his advice was to make sure when you pee it isn’t doing the fizzing thing.. as that is a sign of dehydration! So I have now upped my water drinking |
