We've just been on our traditional Sunday date morning/afternoon for coffee and croissants.
The cafe was run by no good, lazy, scared of a hard days work young people. Who despite being rushed off their feet were courteous, cheerful and efficient. The place was spotlessly clean and it was obvious they were working as a team.
What's to become of us all with these terrible youngsters ...? |

We need to go back to my day when we were ard. When us useless kids wanted everything for nothing and would be children forever.
Or maybe back to your day, when you were dubbed the Me Generation and people bemoaned what was wrong with children.
Or back to Socrates' day, when children would not listen to their parents. |

I suppose it depends on how they’re raised aswell , some aren’t scared of a hard days work because their parents might be grafters aswell , some want to be a bum and watch loose woman and moan about how society has doomed them |

No respect for those of us who got free milk at break time at school, free school meals, free uni education, dole and housing benefit during summer term, good pensions, access to NHS dentists and a foot on the housing ladder.
Honestly, what do they want out of life, do some hard work like the rest of us boomers. You don't get nowt for free! |
