I am keen to see how quickly a thread can fill up. I will start timing as soon as I post this message. I will not post anything else to avoid being accused of cheating and filling up the thread with my own posts. I know, childish but so what? |

Are we allowed to send multiple messages on the thread?! |

"Just post something racist, transphobic or misogynistic and watch how fast it fills up.
jinx
It’s funny how quick people crawl out the woodwork when one of those threads pop up."
Here's a bomb.
"I won't fuck Tories" is fundamentally different from "I won't fuck people based on race, nationality, etc"

"I wonder what would fill up faster. A thread on filling a thread, or a thread talking about how certain cakes or biscuits suck?"
If you said a chocolate hobnob sucked I would petition for you to be removed from this site. |

It's not really filling up fast enough. A thread like that would be filled in thirty minutes, complete with long posts that should be edited down, some outrage, some fallacies, some pretentious language...
We need more shock factor. |

I think that thread might reach 175 before this one. |

"Is a chocolate hob knob transitioning to be a chocolate biscuit and is therefore a trans knob? "
Just keep them out of our bathrooms and we'll be fine.

"Is a chocolate hob knob transitioning to be a chocolate biscuit and is therefore a trans knob?
So do we just package them differently? "
I want to live long enough to see trans knobs in my local co-op.
See how I combine inflammatory subjects in a non inflammatory way? Very demure. Very mindful. |

If I’m straight, can I eat a trans hobnob? |

Life isn’t all Jaffa cakes and this weird pink wafer things. Kids gotta face up to the hard facts of life. And one of those is that the trans knobs are probably cheaper in ASDA. |

I imagine seeing "trans knobs", pun intended, was a bit like when I saw Mr Brain's ... meatballs in the supermarket for the first time.
It's enough to make an immigrant want to lie down with a cold flannel in a dark room. Where I come from that's a slur!

I get it now, but I'd arrived less than a week earlier and I was all like "what do you mean you're selling frozen homophobic slurs?" because where I come from, apart from the rare mention of bundles (usually sticks), it's only the slur.

Yes, absolutely 😁 I've just completed a BA in Classical Studies, so the characters and myths are familiar. This is, by far, the best modern interpretation of the Greek myths I've watched, especially as it includes characters from Homer's epics. Dionysus was also one my faves. I liked how they portrayed him to be less gluttonous and more selfless. And Hera was the most fantastic bitch! Obvs I won't give any spoilers for anyone who hasn't watched it yet. No news if it's to be renewed for Season 2, but fingers crossed they do! I love it 😁 |

I still get quite a few wrong, even after studying them so I liked how Kaos abbreviated some of their names for ease. Percy Jackson was also one of my son's favourites when the books first came out 😁 |

The myths have been my first love since the age of 11. I was getting bullied at school and did my best to get out of going, except for Thursday mornings...Greek Mythology with Mr Harding. Those classes made life a lot more bearable at the time. |

My records are filed alphabetically by artist. Sometimes I’ve grouped solo work with the original group, but now it’s strictly alphabetical.
Books - well the fiction is (largely) alphabetical. Non-fiction is vague grouped by subject, by after that, all over the place. |
