Do you consume it much any more? The world is becoming more digital with most things available at your fingertips and honestly I couldn't tell you the last time I watched a DVD or Blu Ray. I used to be a massive film collector but now not so much.
Maybe you prefer a library full of books v a stacked kindle or a vinyl collection v Spotify.

"I would love to take Daizy to the Charlotte Street Hotel in Fitzrovia. They have a subterranean private cinema room and we would watch John Carpenter's The Thing, on old reel Panaflex™. 🍿 🎥 🎬"
Nero!! That would be perfect! 😍😍 |

I still buy books, dvds and Cds. Have a portable CD (like a discman) yo listen to music when I'm taking a break from the phone
I don't have on line TV stuff so buy shows when they come out. Waiting 2 more months for house of the dragon 2 to be released. |

"Books and dvds, a few of my favourite films aren't on any streaming service so I would miss not being able to watch them over and over again if I didn't have them on dvd."
I'm like that with the Star Wars original trilogy. Special Editions a few years ago had the films the way they were intended in the 70s and 80s. Now they are out of print and not on Disney +
Not watched them in a while but I know they are there! |

Of course you can come! 🍀
And getting back on thread...whilst clearing out my late mother's attic I found two 8-Track system tapes. One of them was The Surfers and the other of the The Beach Boys. |

Yay!
I love stuff like that. A guy I worked with found a tape cassette that was his mum putting a shout out on the radio for his 15th birthday. |

Yeah, im old school, or maybe just old, haha
I still prefer physical books, although i do own a kindle. Although i listen to my music on an ipod, i also prefer to have the physical cds.
Part of it is that i tend to get books and cds as gifts, so for that its easier to ask for the physical things, and then they have something to wrap and give you too. |

Books - yes
CDs - would like to but someone chucked them out when we moved house and I'm sad about that.
We never had huge numbers of videos or DVDs.
We don't have anything to play that kind of media on anymore |

I only got rid of my VHS player and last few videos this summer, although i hadnt actually used it in years, apart from the clock, lol
Was sad to have to throw out my some of my videos though, but was able to give the player to someone who needed it for a project |

Books
Comics
Blu-rays
Doovda
Laserdiscs
Cassettes
Minidisc
CDs and Vinyl
All good all still used .. plus iPod stuffed with MP3s and Kindle for iPad.
… almost forgot, Reel to Reel tape player and 78s that can be played on a gramophone or my turntable with a change of cartridge. And before anyone asks, I don’t have a cylinder player, but I want one |

Mini disc was the tech that never truly caught on. Same with Laserdisc |
