Ey up good folks 👍🏻

When storing a drink, do you stir clockwise or else anticlockwise?

I am a highly interesting chap, yes? 👍🏻

I stir clockwise, but then, once all* the liquid is rotating add a anti clockwise stir to create eddys, break up the laminar flow and improve the mixing.

That or I leave it and let Brownian motion take care of the mixing.

*Yeah, I know that at the boundary layer some of the liquid may not be moving.

Somewhere In The Ether…

Hmmm….I’m sure there is some abstruse and intricate psychological connotation associated with one’s stirring direction propensity.

…..Sadly I have no idea what it might be but I’m sure there’s a science in there somewhere.

….maybe 😜

Did she stir it widdershins or did she use a spoon like everyone else?

A friend once told me that although she was left handed, like me, she stirred her tea with her right hand.

She only drank coffee.
