Scientists in Kent, which is often called the basket case of England have noticed a decline in bugs. Volunteers had to drive with a clean numberplate and then use a splatometer to find how many bugs were killed on the numberplates. They report a 78% decrease in bugs since 2004. Great news for those enjoying an evening BBQ.
Tom carried out his own experiment and put sticky tape on his rear numberplate. Not one bug. Tom does not want these buggers in his garden. |

Tom, unless you're driving everywhere in reverse, you won't get many bugs splattered on your rear number plate. |

No wonder you couldn't get past a few cyclists. |

Would you really put driving everywhere in reverse past him? |

"Scientists believe the monkey pox virus is already in the UK and they wait for those infected to visit their GP very soon "
Good job there are no bugs left to transmit this virus. You would need to wear a crash helmet, not a mask. |

I was wondering how mpox was related to bug splat. Obviously we'll all need full face helmets. |
