No put it all in the bin, go to the gym and stop eating so much processed food, start the revolution, get ripped and shredded, raise the standard, not because you will attract more ladies or not but because you owe it to yourself not to be out of shape and unfit, ladies will like you if you aren’t an asshole so don’t do that either, get outside start walking, fresh and a clear head, imagine if you went through each day knowing you are looking after yourself |

I’m a dad. I’ve got a bod.
There was this one time a woman said I looked hot, …. Those were the days.
Stand next to a gym fit guy in fab and see who gets all the women’s votes and then pursuade me they prefer a dad bod to look at.
