Squeaky bed when having sex. Turn off?
Please answer YES or NO
Major YES for me! The squeaking becomes so annoying that it infiltrates my eardrums / thoughts and kills the mood! Onto the floor! Hopefully carpeted! If not, sofa😂

Purely depends on location and circumstances. Loud obvious sex isn't always an option. For example at home it would be a total no if anyone else was also at home or likely to come home at any stage. |

Back in ‘73 My mum moved her old iron spring bed into my room after we got married .. lmao we got home from honeymoon and stayed the night .. it was awful  couldn't roll over without it squeaking. No way could we have had sex .. |

It’s funny for a very short time, then deeply irritating. Had a lovely friend in Cwmavon, and her bed was most irritating during manoeuvres.
Mind you, more irritating was the fact that you could hear customers in the shop below when laying in bed, lol.
We never did get around to fixing the bed so that it didn’t squeak though, as we were always ‘otherwise engaged’  I miss those times, and miss her too. |

I guess in a hotel it depends if you can hear sounds from the other rooms - which will indicate whether your bed squeaking can be heard by them. But then also whether you are bothered as to the reaction, since in theory you are never going to see those people again - though I guess it could be embarrassing as you leave your room if you meet them coming out into the hallway at the same time.
I do find it off putting, but it was not enough to stop me engaging in The Sex with my partner  |

Yes. I fucking hate it. If I know nobody else can hear it then it isn't a problem, but if others are closeby it's an absolute pain. My bed can't be fixed. It's like it wants the world to know I'm being rammed. |
