As we don’t get much compliments in this place maybe it’s time to tell each other how we know we are all awesome.

What makes a man’s man?

There’s a few in here I’d happily go out for drinks with, you guys are awesome.

I'd say every now and then I sense a really decent human being amongst them. Most seem pretty average and there's a tad too much sludge at the bottom of the barrel but we aren't in church I guess.

Rah Rah the men.

The biggest compliment to gives ourselves and our ancestors: Because of men, we're the most dominant species on the planet.

Women played a good supporting role of course. Never let modern (usually left wing) people tell you men are useless. We're great. They're just jealous.

One thing I admire greatly in other men is the confidence to not have to try and be a traditional "man's man".

Compassion openess and honesty in other guys make them the kind of people I want to hang out with l.

👏

Surely in 2024 the spectrum of what it is to be a man is far broader than ‘traditional’ characteristics.

To me the phrase paints an i age of someone who solely pursues traditionally masculine hobbies and interests. Shows little emotion of vulnerability. Emphasis on them to be the bread winner and protector.

A man is someone who’ll see something big and dirty and dangerous that needs fixing and will do it, coming home exhausted and battered and then do it again, and again to keep money on the table for his family.

Some women will, yes. Some men won’t.

Shout-out the fellas of fab! Totally agree with some of the above comments. Met some great blokes through this lifestyle that I’d 100% link up with without the need for women to be present
