My local butcher closed down, and since then I just can't get a quality steak *anywhere*. My sausages, too, have experienced a woeful decline in quality.

Can anyone who's successfully getting meats help me?

I feel your pain, l have just got back from two months in a small rural village in Greece and the steaks were rubbish, all gristle and tough meat, even the one from Lidl
