"An electric fly swatter from Amazon. Makes a nice sizzling noise when you get one of the pesky flies "
I got one that sits on the shelf. Makes a very satisfying crackle as the flies hit it. It's solar powered too. |

"...Don't throw away your microwave they're so handy."
We've been married 24 years. The microwave was a wedding present. It is recognised as probably the best piece of equipment we own. Keep looking at modern ones, but they're all full of touchscreens and options. This one has 2 manual dials, power and time, and a go button. Why are the modern ones so complicated? What is the fascination with touch screen displays?
BTW, the interior bulb went years ago, and the bell to indicate it's finished also went years ago but it still works and is easy to use. |

An accupressure mat, a bit like laying on a bed of nails but when you get settled in it becomes rather relaxing. It is great for improving your sleep quality, l nearly fell asleep on it yesterday! |
