We like trying to keep ourselves fit with running, hillwalking, flexiblity and the gym. We’re always more attracted to people who enjoy similar types of things and like a reasonably healthy lifestyle.

Where are all the sporty Fab profiles? Make yourself know

"I walk loads, run a little and climb hills."

Climbing hills has got to be one of the most underrated forms of exercise. It build lower body muscle as well as a great cardio workout.

"Cycling for me"

Lots of cyclists on Fab. We do a bit of trail cycling but don’t do roads as we don’t like ending up underneath a car or a truck. We’d cycle more if the roads were safer but we know someone who has died and another who was seriously injured cycling so that’s put us off.

As a fellow cyclist I can understand that being a bit of a deterrent

A timely reminder that i need to get back in shape, currently recovering from surgery but hope to return to my favourites such as Cycling (indoor or outdoor) Circuit Training and got into Hot Yoga too which was great , also do lots of walking.

Its easy to lose it all though when on this occasion sidelined by surgery ,to the OP and others keep the exercise going its a great stress release too.
