I'm talking coronation street, emmerdale.
Does anyone still watch them,? I've always watched them and over the last few years there have been some great storyline, really well researched.
At the moment ,Emmerdale is dealing with abuse in relationships and Coronation Street is dealing with MND which is absolutely fantastically played by Paul and Billy.
I know a lot of people knock the soaps but they can be educational |

I don't watch them religiously but I am aware of them and their story lines through social media etc. I thought Emmerdale story line about male mental health was good. Especially with the Andy's man club episode.
They can bring key subjects into the wider societies awareness which is a good thing.
