Wife is very ill, tentative plans to meet someone didn't work out, and the majority of my weekend is likely to be gardening and housework. Off to a great start! Just gotta keep smiling, though. :D

Yeah it's a mile run 300 squats 200 push ups 100 pull ups then another mile run. Worked up to doing it all with 15kg weight vest. Bluddy sweaty morning

Yeah at the moment I do 30/20/10 so works out at 10 sets total as quick as I can. Perving on here in between lol

Try it. Just do as many as you can until your form starts to fail and progress from there
