I don’t have a problem with many foods but crisps? Oh my word. I have no off switch for crisps. Only thing I can do is abstain entirely. If I even have one small bag of a multipack there’s good chance that multipack will be empty before long!

On a side not I've just finished of a 12in pizza, chips, onion rings, garlic sauce and a zero just to even things out..... |

When I could eat, I would easily polish off a share bag of crisps, a whole packet of biscuits, half a cake, 5 jam doughnuts, a full bag of haribo, or whatever other treat I'd picked (please note, I didn't eat all of those things I've listed at the same time in one sitting - one or the other...)
I kind of miss it, but also I really really don't.
As long as its not something you're doing on an extremely regular basis, Knitter, you should be absolutely fine.

It's nearly 2.00 am, I have failed to walk the dog, just spotted that I have four hot cross bu s left and am wondering how many I can eat during my late night stroll (dog does not appear to want to come out for a walk) |

One time I wanted an ice cream and went into a Lidl and bought a box of four in preference to buying just one in a shop for the same money, not sure if I ate all four think I managed 3 did think of giving some away but thought it may seem a bit strange some old guy offering folks free ice creams but in the interests of long term health have not committed such a sin since. |

I had an impulsive eat of a bag of mccoys the other night at work, I don't tend to eat anything on impulse now as I know I'll feel shit about it after, I was worrying I'd gone over my calories but I hadn't!
