A chav is "self proclaimed" male/female who tend to dress in certain ways i.e. tracksuit and caps, certain makeup etc
Before everyone jumps on the bandwagon it's on the same as being a mod, rocker or goth etc.
Can people just chill out and let others get on with things.
Doesn't always have to be offensive or cause drama.
