Sea views (for when its quiet lol)
It's in the middle of nowhere so it's uninterrupted.
Good road access so that a cars suspension doesn't break driving there.
24 hour tea/coffee stall giving out free bacon and egg rolls (half time refreshments).
Lots of (strong) picnic tables.
Grass is kept short.
Lots of trees.
Lots of bushes.
A decent toilet with a selection of free condom machines.
A plentiful supply of rubbish bins (got to keep it tidy  )
No boy racers.
No police visits (or newspaper reporters)
A good selection of couples, single females, single males and tv/cd visiting at all times of the day and night.
