What area/s of your body do you enjoy working out the most?

and conversely…..

What area/s of your body do you find least enjoyable to work on?

Favourite: Legs

I don't think I have a least favourite, really because if I do, I find it's more the exercise than the body part itself I might not like. I'd say my arms and abs are a pretty stubborn area for me though.

Weightlifting is an all over sport. So I don't do body splits like body builders do.

My training is about 2 lifts, technique and squats.

Not sure I have a favourite but my least is shoulders because I injured my right bicep tendon years ago, didn't get it treated and now shoulder exercises often hurt!

people over complicate things nowadays literally do five different exercises on different machines to target same muscle , the old methods grom the arny and vince days are the best

Favourite - shoulders

Least favourite - legs. Only 1 of the fuckers works

Definitely mate, my shoulder routine been the same basic movements for as long as can remember front barbell press, press behind neck, lateral raise
