Can this community offer three tips /advise for keeping cool
Open the loft hatch if you have one
More ice in the G&T
Cold shower with a fab friend

"I've been lucky the last 2 days, I've been off work so have spent the best part of it naked lol. Went to the coast last night for tea on the beach, was lovely!"

Keep curtains.
Don't quench thirst with alcohol.
Cold sponge's under armpits back of the neck if really overheating.
Wear loose fitting clothing light in colour, linen if possible.
Keep your head cool. |

"Cool off by taking a trip to the frozen food aisle in asda. Other supermarkets are available "
Today in Lidl … I donned a nice pair of speedo’s and was a little too long in the ice cream pudding section agree - v useful but left in a hurry |

Talc in your Solomon Grundies (for men) stops unexpected rubbing and discomfort.
Drink a hot drink, either tea or coffee (without milk) to bring your body temperature up to near outdoor temperature. (Year's of exploration in Egyptian deserts taught me well)
Enjoy a cold shower with a fab friend.
