Open the loft hatch if you have one

More ice in the G&T

I've been lucky the last 2 days, I've been off work so have spent the best part of it naked lol. Went to the coast last night for tea on the beach, was lovely!

Keep curtains.

Don't quench thirst with alcohol.

Cold sponge's under armpits back of the neck if really overheating.

Wear loose fitting clothing light in colour, linen if possible.

Keep your head cool.

Today in Lidl … I donned a nice pair of speedo’s and was a little too long in the ice cream pudding section agree - v useful but left in a hurry
