Now the pie thread got me thinking about pie. We've decided that pie is good, we all agree but what about the structure.
Can we accept that yum stuffs in a bowl with a pastry lid is worthy of being call a pie?
Or do we accept that pastry on the bottom and sides encasing yum stuffs with a pastry lid the only pie worthy of the name pie??

That's yum stuffs with pastry on the sides and bottom and fluff stuff on the top in way of pastry....Yes, I say it's a pie |
