Can you sleep anywhere?

Do you need to be led down or can you sleep in a chair or anywhere else?

Do you struggle in a hotel when it’s not “your” bed or temperature differences or general noise?

Personally I have to be led down and love my own bed

Define what you mean by "led down"?

I can sleep anywhere. Fall asleep on the sofa, the bus, in the car, camping, a picnic table in the Grand Canyon, anywhere.

Excommunicdo.

Just lately I can sleep anywhere.

Last night I fell asleep, upright and in my favourite armchair. I was too comfortable to move, so made sense just to let my body sleep.

I can fall asleep anywhere anytime and sometimes actually struggle to stay awake - once fell asleep in a marching squad until the guy behind me piled straight into me.

Staying asleep seems to be my issue, any kind of variation at all wakes me up.

In my own bed. Pitch black. Complete silence. Then I have a fighting chance. I'm rubbish at falling asleep and rubbish at staying that way.

I struggle and I mean struggle to fall asleep and also frequent waking up and not feeling refreshed.

I practiced good sleep hygiene and have no electronics in the bedroom. I have to close the shutters and turn on the AC to cool the air. I still struggled. Thankfully I saw a fantastic psychiatrist that prescribed a sleeping tablet and it works wonders. That was three years ago and I've been able to sleep properly by taking one each night.

Ha no, couldn't be less interested in that. I actively avoid the toilets on flights.

I'd much rather take the sleep.

Only in my own bed, alone, with an audiobook.

It takes about 3 nights of being next to someone before I can relax enough to sleep a bit.

I can sleep anywhere for ages. Rarely wake up once I’m asleep until the alarm goes off, I’d be there forever without an alarm . Not a fan of people sleeping with me though. I like to be alone.

I am really lucky with sleep I can just shut down and nod off

I think this came from commuting in Tokyo to Funabashi

Packed trains I learnt to nod off even standing up

Great asset at supper parties
