Where I live it could be anything. Bins on fire, someone's had the shit kicked out of them, OD junkie, house broken into, someone kicking off in the local shop (the staff now wear bodycams), local alcoholics arguing over who gets to tan the last of the backwashed Buckfast....the possibilities are endless |

Emergency services or air raid?
They were still testing air raid sirens in my town when I was a kid. My mum told me it was to let the man who worked with my dad know that he needed to go home

I can remember the air raid sirens being used to warn of flooding when I was a child.
Every now and then they would test them.
