Least Favourite Bond Film?

"Despite a great performance by Christopher Lee it has to be The Man With the Golden Gun. Can never get into it! "
I don't love Die another Day. Not particularly anti-Brosnan bc I loved Goldeneye - probably bc as a teenager I spent hrs playing it on the N64
I agree with Man With the Golden Gun actually! |

"Moonraker for me; Bond meets Star Wars…a step too far (although Drax was a great villain) "
Oh I love that film. But then Moore was the Bond of my childhood AND... space lasers, I mean, what's not to love? |

I liked Roger Moore it was a difficult role to play after the other two who played the character. Thought Timothy Dalton was going to be a new radical Bond and thought he did a great job. Loved Daniel Craig, not a fan of Brosnon.
However to answer the question the worst film was A view to a Kill. |

Interesting. That's one of my favourites. I love Max Zorin as the antagonist!! |

Love Christopher Walken, Grace Jones and even the theme song. I will also say Roger Moore is my second favourite Bond, just thought the story was a bit naff. |

"Any Sean Connery one, apart from Goldfinger. I get that this is a highly controversial opinion. But, I’m a child of the 80’s so Roger Moore and beyond were ‘my’ Bonds"
It's not controversial, it's wrong.
Connery = Bond |

Skyfall, it has a plot taken from "Home Alone".
Javier Bardem totally wasted, as was the underground train.
Though "Welcome to Scotland" was a good one-liner, that whole Scotland episode made no sense from a tactics point of view. |

All of them which didn't star Sean Connery (for me he was the real deal when it came to acting the part of 007). All the other wannabes pale into insignificance...!
Having said that I did like Roger Moore in Live and Let Die...! |

I came to Bond through the books.
So adaptation wise all the films except Dr No, From Russia and OHMSS were fair adaptations OHMSS being the closest to the Book, and is my favourite Bond Film.
Any Bond film with Roger Moore is not my favourite as he refused to play a violent version of Bond so for me he is out.
Contradicting myself I like the spy who loved me as it saved the franchise, moonraker for the score by John Barry.
Diamonds are forever is not a bond film it is a crime caper with elements of the bond formula so I hate that one as well but saying that Tiffany Case is one of my favourite Bond girls.
If I had to choose my least favourite in the franchise it would be Live and Let Die. |

Was going to say , if a fan you should like them all but, least favourite is fair.
I guess Licence to kill for me...maybe because its not a spy story per se. I know that isn't the strongest argument. ..failing that I always find something to like in even the poorer additions.
Stunt work that goes under the radar etc

Timothy Dalton's version is the closest to what Fleming describes in the books.
The worst movie by far was Never Say Never Again which was just Thunderball with a different name because of the licensing issues. |
