It's more a backrest pack. But it's got all sorts in:
USB charging cable and plug
Pens
Tissues
Sanitary stuff
Spare undies (see above)
Eye drops
Glasses
Bank card reader
Kit to change tyres and fix wheels
Work phone
Tea bags
Headphones
And to all that, I add my work laptop/charger and a lunchbox on a workday  |

I have two, the small one is mainly for standing watching the kids play sports. So it has tissues, suncream, drinks snacks etc.
The other one is for hiking and it does like midnight have a compass in it. What's in varies depending on what the hike is. |

Mines pretty old now 16+ years but ive looked after it.
it carries frozen food stuff
packs of sweets
tins of food
baby wipes/ tissues
laptop/tablet food and drinks as the pockets are really good either use for hot stuff or frozen stuff |
