If I understood correctly it sounds like the same effect when doing pelvic floor exercises in essence? Which involves tensing and relaxing those muscle.
So at a guess and I can only guess as I’m not a doctor or a woman, I would say it might just be because you have good pelvic floor muscles which is really good thing. However if it’s become a problem because of how often it’s happening then maybe practice a bit controlling how much your pelvic floor muscle tense while masturbating with a toy (as best as you can) until you cum?
