That’ll be it.
Kind of audible gasps in cinema as at the time they kept the spoiler under wraps and it was like whoah. |

"Waterworld
Starship Troopers"
To say Starship Troopers is a bad movie that is actually good misses the point that it is satire about a cautionary tale of reckless militarism and the dangers of fascism that feels even more relevant today than it did when the movie was released 25 years ago...
It is meant to be over the top in everything.

There's a horror film called " the dentist " . Exactly what you would expect from the title.
By the director of the reanimator.
Also good. |

"Maximum Overdrive.
Yep, that answer to "what does a film directed by cocaine look like
Deep rising
Judge dredd
Would bé ours
Are you talking about the Stallone Judge Dredd? Or Karl Urban?"
Stallone one is awful, but I can't help look at bits of it and think what could have been.
The urban one is an underrated modern classic.

Night of the Lepus, it’s an old 50’s B Movie about giant killer rabbits. Yes killer rabbits
Watched it years ago when BBC2 had a regular horror double bill on a Saturday night.
Another film was The Beast must Die, about several people being invited to a rich man’s house. He believes one of them is a werewolf and in the middle of the film it has a ‘werewolf break’ in which you’re invited to guess which person is the werewolf.
Both films over the top but very enjoyable |

I saw the beast must die when I was a kid. Scared me. I've seen it recently & now i think the werewolf looks like a cute dog & I want to give it a hug.

I've always enjoyed deep blue sea.
I think if they had marketed that as a jaws spin off it would have done even better. |

Yeah there are a full series the film is so loosely connected fan forums hate the films but the author helped write the scripts. The books are more dark and terror than the action in books |

OMG I loved the Beast Must Die. I watched that with my late dad when BBC2 was having a horror night season. I was scared but liked it... There was also Zoltan the devils dog. Oh and The Ghoul which had a good creepy setup but turned out to be a bloke with a bald head and green face. We both laughed ourselves silly at the sight. I was about 12/13. |

Zoltan hound of dracula, I remember my dad recording that for me.

Went to the cinema to see this. My mate went for a pee just before Salma Hayek came on screen. Imagine his surprise when he got back to his seat and everyone on the movie had turned into a vampire. |

I think we were watching these films at the same time. I remember both the Ghoul and Zoltan. If you also trawl your memory banks for Captain Cronos Vampire Hunter another film which would’ve been on at that time. |

Crank, both of them. Having said that, I've watched both Crank and Crank2. Hilarious but really stupid. First time I watched Crank, my only thought was I wish I was stoned, it would make more sense. It doesn't, but it is hilarious. Still can't figure out how Statham agreed to star in these two. |

Buffalo ‘66"
Agree with buffalo 66. Bought it on vhs back in the day.
Although he makes interesting stuff, vicent gallo is so pretentious..
I recall the late roger ebert reviewing one of his films by stating that he would have rather re-watched the video footage of his own recent colonoscopy. |
