If following the 5-2 diet, you must eat 5 fruits or vegetables and then you can have 2 days of cakes and treats. 3 days, if it's a bank holiday. Chips count as 2 of your 5 a day, if you add vinegar, which burns all the fat. |

Seems to have strayed slightly from the original 5-2 template but seems nutritionally sound other than that. |

And lots of studies show the fat burning properties of vinegar, so a double portion of chips has 0% fat and is 2 of your 5 a day. Michael Moseley is republishing. |
