"The sadly missed Alan Rickman as the utterly dastardly Sheriff Of Nottingham in Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves (Kevin Costner as Robin was a bit of a bloody bore!) "
I would probably say any film where Alan Rickman plays the villain. I think he was a brilliant actor.

Fantastic, overly camp performance, typical Rickman, very good indeed... |

Not a film, rather classic TV series: The late Roger Delgado as the original (and by far the best!) The Master in Dr Who during Jon Pertwee’s wonderful era.
He was a delightfully suave, sarcastic, belittling, megalomaniacal and often incredibly funny villain. |

Oh yes, 100%! There are certain actors in Hollywood who are perennially cast as villains on account of playing them so bloody well; Davi and Wincott being two classic examples.
Did you know that Michael Wincott has a famous acting brother? Jeff Wincott (star of many a nineties martial arts flick) |

"John Travolta in Broken Arrow; He was a delightfully OTT villain to Christian Slaters somewhat boring hero."
Likewise he is the better Caster Troy in Face/Off IMHO
For me it is Roy Batter over Decker in Bladerunner |

"Tom Curry as The Devil v a rather insipid and very young Tom Cruise in ‘Legend’ . "
Amen! In fact, Tim Curry as the perennial villain always outshines any protagonists he appears opposite to.
Frank-n-furter, Pennywise, even as the dastardly brother of Miss Hannigan in Annie He’s a class act! |
