A Hobnob. Dry sawdust mixed with sugar, syrup and oats that we have to just get on and eat even though everything about it is awful. Made immeasurably more bearable by several cups of tea.

There’s too much rich tea hate going on here. It’s a solid addition to any biscuit tin.

Mondays are absolutely an oat and raisin cookie when all you want is chocolate chip.

Being retired though, that's the handcrafted, full fat, made with butter Monday morning I dreamed of for many years sitting behind a desk.

The gravelly bit next to the shed

Today in particular?

An iced party ring, where the icing has chipped off and lying at the bottom of my cup of tea.

Monday is a rich tea.

The biscuit you eat because it’s there and you’re hungry, not because you want it.

It could be a choccy hob-nob day though if it picks up

Rich Tea.

Utterly pointless, instantly disintegrates and completely unsatisfying.

Definitely a rich tea, nothing exciting about it and as soon as you dunk into it everything collapses and end up with a soggy bottom

Torn between a fig roll or a malted milk. Decisions decisions.
