What are we having. I opted for the easy option anf lazagne from the freezer (was cooked by me). I am also having some tiramisu I made from a recipe that was given here to me.

I love cooking and I'm pretty good at it. I do miss the sharing aspect though. I believe that cooking for someone is one of the most intimate things you can do with someone while keeping your clothes on.

I’m making a spicy savoury mince which I’ll have with rice. I was starving before a started cooking it, now the smells from my kitchen are making it infinitely worse!! Needs to simmer and reduce though. But then - nom nom nom nom

King Prawn Tikka Masala. I cooked the sauce, from scratch, a couple of weeks ago, then froze it in individual tubs, so I can add whatever protein I fancy on the day..or not, if I'm having a veggie day

Yes it has walnuts and sultanas in it. It's really easy to make and great when you're running low on eggs and margarine as you only add golden syrup and milk
