"Have you tried using an equestrian whip?
Never tried equestrian but have bull whip "
Won't be similar at all.
New whips are like racing bags. Similar to thin paddles. Older ones are harsher but nothing like a cane.
Long, schooling or dressage whips look good visually but aren't anything like a cane either.
If you want a cane, you'll need to find a cane. |

Schooling or full length dressage whips can break skin since they are so thin. They are designed for essentially tickling a horse not whipping them.
A short jumping whip makes a good noise if you get the ones with the separated leather end and is quite sturdy.
I would imagine a racing whip would be quite sturdy but have never used one.
Thus ends my knowledge of whips.

We went to LAM yesterday and saw some beautifully crafted canes - i can't remember all the stalls, but certainly Ravenwerks and Minnitt were both there. There was another guy who had original Navy punishment straps too |
