It doesn't really bother me tbh, probably because I have small boobs so I'm not treated like an object of fetish ever.
I like it when women do it though. I've a terrible habit of doing it to my friends all the time but its fine, they do it to me too.

It's complicated Op. Sometimes I'll wear something deliberately because I know that happens and can use it to my advantage.
Other times when I'm not inviting it it can make me feel incredible uncomfortable. Like when I'm wearing a shirt, fully buttoned (bar the top button) and they're trying to burn a hole in it with their gaze. Complicated.  |

In my 20s in a work environment it was awful... In my 50s I'd be very comfortable calling them out and taking further action if they continually did it.. Thankfully we have training now for men  |

I've only ever noticed one man do this. But he was a complete flirt, and a friend and several inches shorter than me, so he naturally looked at them when we danced. I found it funny.
If other men did it I'd probably find it uncomfortable. But I'm generally oblivious to that sort of thing. |
